Our estimates are written in the estimating software your insurance uses, meaning we use their pricing structure. That means that at completion, there aren’t large balances due that they refuse to pay for.
Unfortunately there are many restoration firms that include ‘fluff’ charges into their invoice that was not included in the insurance estimate. Thankfully, insurance carriers and adjusters know who the reputable firms are – and we are one of them. When we invoice, virtually 100% of what we submit is accepted without any pushback.

Most of our water damage / drying services are complete in only 3 days. Repair timelines are dependent on each individual scenario. We can give estimated timelines once the scope of mitigation services are completed.

We take the opposite approach and are as minimally invasive as each scenario allows us to be. We have the specialty drying equipment most firms do not.
